Lisa Boothe, Founder and President of High Noon Strategies, has extensive experience in political communications, working with Fortune 500 companies, and navigating crisis situations. She is a frequent guest on the Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network and CNN where she demonstrates an ability to succinctly drive a message and win a debate.

Prior to launching High Noon Strategies, Lisa was part of the executive team of WPA Research where she led the polling efforts for political campaigns across the country. As the Vice President of Political Polling and Public Affairs Research, she strived to help campaigns find the most effective data-driven messages for their campaigns.

During the 2014 election cycle, Lisa served as the Senior Director at the Black Rock Group where she led communications efforts for a Fortune 500 company, Super PACs, and was part of the winning consulting team for the Dan Sullivan for U.S. Senate race. She also helped launch and served as the spokeswoman for a Republican polling firm.

Before the Black Rock Group, Lisa was the chief spokeswoman for the Sandy Adams for Congress and Tommy Thompson for Senate campaigns during the 2012 election. She also had the honor to be on the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) team that helped take back the United States House of Representatives in 2010.

In addition to her extensive campaign work, Lisa spent time on Capitol Hill developing communications strategy for important legislative efforts and serving as the spokeswoman for Reps. Sandy Adams (R-FL), Mark Meadows (R-NC), and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV).
